Press Information

1. All media must have credentials to be permitted onsite. Please check in at the media tent onsite when you arrive.
2. Media badges will be distributed at check-in and must be clearly displayed at all times.
3. Regular media hours September 9 through 16 are 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Media access outside these hours must be arranged in advance through M45 Marketing Services.
4. Media alerts will be distributed electronically and/or on site as well as at extremehaskenconstruction.com.
5. Advance scheduling for interviews is highly recommended. Please contact M45 Marketing Services to schedule interviews with the builder or others. Volunteers, trades and subcontractors, and others will be working under tight deadlines and the completion of the project is their first priority. Attempts to interview anyone on-site without scheduling through M45 Marketing Services may result in loss of access to the site.
6. For safety/liability reasons, ABC does not allow media on the actual construction site; all media are required to stay in the media tent or other designated areas for their coverage. Unfortunately, we cannot allow media to be part of construction, volunteer or walk into the house. Any media found in violation of this rule may be banned from the site.
7. Photos and videos will be permitted in specified media locations. Please come to the media tent for instructions and further information. We will assist you with live shots and special requests to park satellite trucks. Photos are also available through M45 Marketing Services.
8. Please do not drive yourself or your production crew to the building site unless you have made prior arrangements to do so through M45 Marketing Services. Regular transportation to and from the site is provided.
9. This is a closed construction build site and safety is our top priority. Safety guidelines and restrictions are posted and must be followed. Please note that open-toed shoes are not permitted.
